                                                        Common Core--The Setup

 The question at hand is this, “Why was Common Core enacted without public input?” Common Core is the new system of education that is being used to transform education in the United States. The enemies of freedom realize that the informed patriot is their truest opponent. So, if you are a patriot, there's something they don't want you to know. They want you to be uninformed about and go along with Common Core.

Did you know that Common Core is Copyrighted? That's right, Common Core is owned by two lobbying organizations: National Governors Association Center and the Council of Chief State School Officers. They own it, but they want you to pay for it. And, please take note that before the Common Core Standards were even written, the Feds bribed California into agreeing to use Common Core. That's one reason why the Feds and their accomplices worked in secret. They did not want you to know that these lobbyists hold the copyright to the philosophical basis of public education. So, you were never asked or informed. Your federal government has performed a profound violation of their role as your servant.

Some people in my community have told me that it looks like we just have to accept the fact our rights are being chipped away. Well, I embrace the Spirit of '76. I refuse to accept any diminishing of my rights . Our role as citizens is to fight in defense of our freedom. I understand it as a diabolical breach of trust: this under the table setup of an education system in our district. It mocks the very guiding light of Liberty.

Of course, the enemy knows that in order to take America's future, the essential first step is to take America's youth. Such a goal can only be achieved with dishonor. Everything about the initiation of Common Core smacks of dishonor and trickery.

The federal purpose of Common Core is to mold students to be able to participate in a manufactured global production system. They use a process called outcomes/performance based education. This means that students are conditioned to become a resource-- little spokes in the wheel. Our kids are being made objects—denied their humanity.

Common Core standards and tactics are an effort to eliminate the American spirit of courageous individuality, free thinking, and vibrant self-determination. Our schools need to teach with the purpose of helping students understand and achieve their roll in the working out of Liberty. 

 If you truly realize and embrace the vital need to oppose Common Core in your school district meetings, in letters to your legislators, in letters to newspapers and in the voting booth, you can make a difference.

Common Core Violates 3 Federal Laws--July 11, 2012

Common Core as currently implemented directly violates or comes to the very edge of the line of these three federal laws. Particularly the last one below is in process of being violated as states are required to incur costs of this implementation that are not funded by the federal government (AKA taxpayer money).
From the General Education Provisions Act (20 USC § 1232a) --  See Below

“No provision of any applicable program shall be construed to authorize any department, agency, officer, or employee of the United States to exercise any direction, supervision, or control over the curriculum, program of instruction, administration, or personnel of any educational institution, school, or school system, or over the selection of library resources, textbooks, or other printed or published instructional materials by any educational institution or school system, or to require the assignment or transportation of students or teachers in order to overcome racial imbalance.”


From the Department of Education Organization Act (20 USC § 3403(b))

“No provision of a program administered by the Secretary or by any other officer of the Department shall be construed to authorize the Secretary or any such officer to exercise any direction, supervision, or control over the curriculum, program of instruction, administration, or personnel of any educational institution, school, or school system, over any accrediting agency or association, or over the selection or content of library resources, textbooks, or other instructional materials by any educational institution or school system, except to the extent authorized by law.”


From the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (20 USC 7907(a))

“Nothing in this Act shall be construed to authorize an officer or employee of the Federal Government to mandate, direct, or control a State, local educational agency, or school’s curriculum, program of instruction, or allocation of State and local resources, or mandate a State or any subdivision thereof to spend any funds or incur any costs not paid for under this Act.”
